Judging by what the story said I don't see why they couldn't wait for the nurse to check the man in as a patient. I'm curious to know what their policy regarding dui arrests are.

That was one of the first things I learned as a rookie in 1970 , Always stay on the good side with hospital staff . In my 30 years on the force I would never expected anyone doing this .
Don't blame me ; I voted for an American .

Well obviously in 1970 someone was teaching common sense, ethics, morals and maybe general social skills

    Just freaking WOW.

Im sorry but if the facts in this story are true.. that officer should be arrested for kidnapping. As he was not arresting her under ANY justifiable law.

Ok, I just watched both videos from the Hospital, the cops Fucked up, big time, you can tell by watching their body posturing...

    But,

Damn, there is that but thing.....

    Something is missing.......

    Why?????
Were there that many cops on scene, for a simple DUI......

    There is something missing here.........

BTW, LEO, porked the pooch, on this one, no matter the back( hidden) story.
