Elegibility for transfer?
Gotten myself into a little financial trouble and need to sell a few of my handguns. A friend of mine wants to by my Ruger .357 Security Six off of me, but he currently has a suspended license for a DUI for 1 year. He will have his license back in less than 4 months.
My dumb question is, would this affect his elegibility for a legal sale & tranfer of a firearm? I don't want to go to do this, only to have him embarassed with a denial or something worse. I told him I would ask before we did this.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Elegibility for transfer?
It shouldn't but if it does let me know how much you want for it.
Guns are dangerous, but no guns is more dangerous.

Re: Elegibility for transfer?
It was actually his to begin with, I bought it off him a few years back, with the promise that if I needed to get rid of it, I had to sell it back to him. If he can't then, I am stuck with it.
