ak kits came today

these are from interordnance, romanian ak parts kits. that will round the collection to 12

I'm actually fighting the temptation of picking up a few kits. It's a hard thing to do.

I think according to the IO site those barrels were the USA-made replacement ones. Green River, maybe.

they are suppposed to be new barrels, the women said some come assembled like you see in the picture. the parts are all cleaned and have no rivets except the barrel trunnion, but they did forget the damn charging handle and gas piston. i can not believe i over looked that.

Are those the ones on there for $350 or $150?

I've long been contemplating building an AK. Just doesn't make any financial sense to build like 1 or 2. With all the tools and jigs, and misc work to get it done. Or even having someone build one of them for me. If I was going to build like 5, or had 2 or 3 people willing to split the cost of the tools. Then it would make sense.

So I just buy them.

they were the 199 kits,but she said some barrels were not complete. if your going to get some order fast so you get the complete barrel assembly.
