    read the status message on EVERY PAGE:

    danp's computer suffered a spectacular hard drive crash on thursday. Nothing was lost but he is out of a computer until he can get the hard drive replaced next week. As such he will be pretty much unable to access the forum or his email this weekend so if you've emailed him and he hasn't responded, it's not because he doesn't like you.
