Default oxy-acetylene gas source in philly

I already tried google with poor results, so...

I just bought a 80 and 40CF tank for my oxy set up. I am getting brand new tanks with a new 10 year hydro test. I prefer not to trade in my empties for full tanks with a shorter hydro test. I am worried that they are such large tanks that if I get a shorter hydro test date it will run out and no one will take them back in trade. So my question is, does anyone know a place local to philly metro area that will fill my tanks for O2 and acetylene on site?

Plus my nice new shiny tanks will look nicer than the banged up ones you get when you trade tanks.

My local supplier can have this done, but it sometimes takes weeks. Everything now is geared towards central filling and delivery of filled tanks. When I turn mine in I just ask to hand pick which one I receive and usually find a decent one with the "Customer owned" circular plate thingie on it.

Not sure how they work, exchange or fill your tanks, but there are 2 welding supplies in Collindale not to far from you

    2 Roberts Oxygen 610 461 1952

Acetylene forget, They are filled in a environment of water mist,, In low humidity like in the 20% range Acetylene will flame right out of the stem when opened, So great care must be taken...

W/ the correct fittings it may be possible to 'cascade' the O2 from a rental tank into yours but I doubt it will work w/acetylene as the gas is 'stored' in an acetone filled honeycomb inside the tank. This makes the tank hold much more product VRS just filling the cylinder w/ gas. It is also the reason you should not transport acetylene cylinders on their sides.

I used to work for an environmental cleanup company and they had a cascade setup from large breathing air cylinders to the smaller SCBA tanks used in the field.
