They had 113,000 allocated for 5C in 2009 (page 45 in regulations digest), more than the 92,000 last year. Do you post the number that were actually sold and number filled anywhere for each year? That wasn't in the digest. My impression of the deer population around Nockamixon is there are plenty of 8 pointers to see each of the last 5 years...
