Guns/Democratic Underground
So, I was googling for some info on my Mossy 590A1, and one of my hits takes me to DU. That is a rather odd site for such a specific search, thinks me.
Turns out, DU has an entire section just for guns. So by now i'm sure you're picturing all these threads about how guns are bad and kill people and all that crap...To be sure, there are some of those threads....but the vast majority are actually pro-gun and read just like some of these threads here. the 590A1 thread was about some lib who had mounted a bayo on his, lol. There was another thread about the best ammo for.45's. Sound familiar?
I found this picture posted over there as well.
Now I never subscribed to the notion that only conservatives were gun owners, but i confess, I was a bit stunned to see an entire gun section of mostly pro-2A'ers.

So you neocons, what is worse? A pro-2A lib, or an anti conservative?
Hmmmm....

Holy Politically Incorrect Batman !!!
My question is . . . What happens when liberal democrat Dianne Feinstein of California sees that at least one of her flock has traded in his plastic broom for a full stock version AK-47?
Maybe then she'll have to trade off her bottom folder edition AKM for something more lethal?

Nice trigger finger
If God didn't intend us to have guns why would he have given us a trigger finger?

Re: Guns/Democratic Underground
Yeah, there are a few dems that support the 2A.
It is wrong for anyone to assume that just because you or a politician has a D next to their name that they are automatically an anti - just as much as it's wrong to assume an R means you're pro gun.
I, like you do find it funny that D's can be 2A supports yet be so much against what I feel the country was founded on - but, that's for another discussion.

The more the merrier.
...
It's probably worth pointing out that both sides have their "libertarian" wings and their "authoritarian" sides."There are four boxes to use in the defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, ammo. Use in that order."

Re: Guns/Democratic Underground
I know that it is a personal goal of mine to try to make all of my Dem friends pro-gun. Right now all of them are anti, even a few of my Rep. friends too. So I don't think that trend sticks.

Dianne Feinstein.
Democrats own guns, too...why do you think the Democrats in congress are pussyfooting around the guns issue?

Re: Guns/Democratic Underground
You probably know this already, but Feinstein has a concealed carry permit.
So does her NY partner in crime, Schumer.
Their hypocrisy absolutely astounds me.
With photo evidence of her finger, I think her qualification for CC should be re-evaluated. But it won't be.NRA, IDPA, Tactical Pistol Instructor
