Default What to include in my reloading log

I've been reloading for awhile now, and have always written what I needed to know on a label I attach to each box of ammo I reload. The more calibers I reload and the longer I do it, I find myself wishing I had written down some details in a log. So, now that I'm starting the log, I want to make sure I'm not missing anything that will aggravate me later when I realized I forgot it. So far here is what I've got:

    box #:
    caliber:
    bullet weight:
    bullet type:
    primer:
    powder:
    powder amt:
    # times brass fired:
    # times brass trimmed:
    average OAL:
notes: (on how it fired, etc.)

I don't use a chronograph, so I intentionally left out velocity and I could care less about brass weight as I'm not a benchrest shooter. Thanks for your inputs!

Just me, but I would add DATE OF LOADING to the list.

i keep a small note book with all my load data in with caliber, powder, charge, primer, bullet weight, etc.

whatever i load is kept in labeled boxes. i really only load the same thing for each caliber so it's pretty easy for me to know what is in the box. the only time i do it different is when I'm developing a load or using different powders, primers. if your gonna load 10 different powders at different weights in the same caliber you most definitely want to keep track of what you have in those boxes

i just started loading for my .45 so I've got a couple boxes labeled and separated until i figure out which of different loads inside give me what I'm looking for.

i think it's Lyman that makes labels that are stick-on that have places to write that info. i use those when i do label my boxes.
