OC'er at Wawa in Essington this morning...someone here?
It was about 930-10 am this morning. There were actually two OC'ers in there but one is a local cop that was in off duty clothes OCing what looked like a baby Glock. the other guy i just saw coming out of the Wawa when i was backing out of a parking space. was it someone from here?

wasn't me, but I grew up about a mile from the wawa..I've never seen ANYONE OCing in Tinicum and I was born/raised there and moved out when I was 21 (now 23), but my Mom, Stepdad & 2 sisters still live there.
