    a knife weilding thug is suing the store he was robbing for reparations for his suffering for being shot during the robbery??!!! thats a load of bullshit!

    Easy solution, the store Counter-Sues for the emotional pain and stress caused by having to shoot the guy. I don't see why these cases even get to be heard by judges/jury etc... As if this guy isn't enough of a burden to society, he has to try to get even more from the world. I don't know where these people get the idea they are entitled to anything since they were injured during the commission of a felony.

    This is disgusting.

    I read somewhere that a passenger in Vehicle A, is suing the driver of Vehicle B, because driver B did not do enough to avoid a collission with Vehicle A.

    Oh yeah, driver A was also DUI.
