Default Name change need a re-newall of LTCF?

My wife is going about the name change process this week, updating her drivers license and whatnot. Does she need to update her LTCF now, or just wait till they are up for renewall next year?

Also, anyone had issues getting one in Washington county? We just moved here last year from Pittsburgh, and cant see it being any easier than it was downtown. (2 hours because the comps were down.. and then 30 min to get 20 people their permits)

I checked their website (http://www.co.washington.pa.us/gener...2&genPageID=37) but saw no mention of it, which I expected. To be on the safe side, I would have her call. Maybe they would be willing to re-issue it with her corrected name. If not, I would just advise her to re-apply. That way, there is no confusion if she has to present it to a LEO.

Spoke with the (very nice) lady at the Washington Co. office, she said since it was up in a year, not to worry, but to check will Allegheny since it was issued there.

Allegheny Co. (not as nice, but professional) said to not worry, as long as the divers license was up to date and she kept it on her with the CCW.
