I wanted to stop by and say thanks for all the well wishes and PM's I receive. A special thank you to the special guy who checks on me from time to time.

I'm doing well. I started cardiac rehab. I'm walking 2 miles on a treadmill and riding a bike for 2.5 miles with some resistance. I feel good.

The doctors told me I had a widowmaker heart attack. (Google was not my friend)

I will be seeing the cardilogist on the 4th for an Echo to see if there is any improvement in my ejection fraction.

I'm not sure what you are supposed to feel like after a "widowmaker" but I really do feel good. I'm more apprehensive to do things than anything. I feel like I could run, but I'm afraid to. LOL

I went to the range over the weekend and I shot my .22 and 9 mm. My Life Vest didn't go off, so I'm guessing I can go back again.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for the prayers, well wishes and check-ins. I really appreciate them.

I must have missed the post explaining what happened to you originally but I'm glad to see that you're doing well. Best wishes on a complete and total recovery!!

Had a heart attack while camping or prepping for a camping trip if I recall correctly
