    I have a concealed carry for mass. and a non-res. for N.H. also cc would this cover me in Pa.also have a fed.lic.C.R. would that help?If not were do I apply for non-res. lic Own a house in Republic PA Fayette co. thank you for all the help Cosmo

    Looks like PA has reciprocity with NH.

    As long as you have a permit/license from your home state (if they issue them) you can apply for a Pa License To Carry Firearms (LTCF), the best county in Pa to apply thru is Centre County, see here:
