My First LEO encounter while carrying

Ok I put this in the OC section even though I was CC when it happened. Here is the story. I went to Turkey Hill in Bareville Lancaster County after my Saturday morning bank run. I got what I needed and walked out to my truck , stepped up on the running board and got into my truck. Just as I was entering my vehicle a local officer pulled up next to me , only I didn't see him until I was sitting in the drivers seat. I looked over and he signaled me to wind my window down , when I did he said to me " Do you have your permit to have your shirt covering that?". I replied "Yes Sir , Sure do" , to which he replied , " Good job , have a nice weekend" . My shirt rose up just at the exact moment he was pulling in and he caught glimpse of my firearm.
Not very exciting at all but it was my first interaction even though I was CC'ing. He didn't even ask to see my ltcf and the way he worded his question surely asserted to me that he knew the laws about OC in PA. So that's it no hassle no trouble , just thought it was interesting and wanted to share.

He was CC'ing, he was not OC'ing. It just so happened that he was asked the question as he was entering his vehicle.

Because both require a LTCF. So either one might warrant the same question.
