Very good with one minor quibble it is "Constitution of These United States" not "Constitution of the United States".

The constitution FOR THESE United States became the constitution OF THE United States long about 1864 or 1865.

Truly its not bad, I guess I just prefer the more gentle approach since we are not aiming at being agressive in nature. People (some not all) already take us as gun totting, looking to get into a fight type of hillbillies, and I think the easier approach makes us look better, expecially to others who may not understand from non-education.

Good flyer tho, I didnt want to take anything away from it, it is a bold flyer.

    Great job!

Great pamphlet. I will be making copies of these to keep in the car.

Question? "it allows you to carry in a Gun Free School Zone," ???????

The License allows you to carry in your car, it allows carrying in Philadelphia (openly or concealed), it allows carrying during a declared state of emergency, it allows you to carry in a Gun Free School Zone, and ALLOWS you to carry CONCEALED--but does not require it (unless you are in a state park).

Is that indeed true? Court tested?

That term refers to the Federal law prohibiting the carrying of a firearm within 1000' of a school... unless you possess a carry permit from the state (??in which the school resides??)....

    Here's headcase's Wiki reference:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun-Free_School_Zones_Act

    Here's a quote from it:
    (1) It shall be unlawful for any individual knowingly to possess a firearm at a place that the individual knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, is a school zone.

Exception: This does not include possession of a firearm on private property that is not part of school grounds or possession of a loaded firearm by an individual who is licensed to do so by the State. (i.e. a concealed carry, weapon, or firearm permit).
Definitions were amended to Section 921(a) of the title:

The term school zone means in, or on the grounds of, a public, parochial or private school; or within a distance of 1,000 feet from the grounds of a public, parochial or private school.
The term school means a school which provides elementary or secondary education, as determined under State law.
It is debated (since there is no case law) whether the LTCF overrides the Pennsylvania prohibition of a firearm on School Property under the "other lawful purposes" clause.....

A few humble comments on this flyer...FWIW.

    1. The graphic on the cover does not look like it will reproduce well when making copies.

    2. The word "you're" on the cover should be "your".

    3. "No license is required to Openly Carry a firearm while on foot, except in Philadelphia and prohibited places". This seems a little confusing about carrying in "prohibited places".

    4. "Their intentions to rob, rape, or kill you are kept private until they're ready to confront you and violate your person and take your property". Should be made perfectly clear that using deadly force is unlawful for just the taking of property, unless your life is threatened of course.

    5. These rights are recognized by the Common-wealth. Hypen is not needed.

NOTED..... Modifications forthcoming for corrections and clarifications...

I will modify your #4 point to be more clear about criminal assault of one's person, but really, most of US know there are few personal robberies where severe threats of bodily harm are absent....

    Thanks for the comments....
