Can you carry AOW and class 3 on a LTCF?

I want something heavy that I can legally carry if I wanted to. Im considering a colt 6921 with a 14.5 inch barrel, Serbu shorty AOW shotgun, or other similar item. I want something that is more fire power than a handgun yet legal to carry. I have a Bushmaster carbon 15 pistol but would like to upgrade. I am also considering the sig 556 swat pistol.

I dont know i want to buy something that is less effective than a glock 21.

SBRs, SBSs, and many AOWs can be carried under LTCF concealed or loaded in a car because they have short barrels and/or short overall length. That being said, don't expect LEO to react the same way as if you had a pistol on your hip.

Does it matter how they are transfered such as what form, full class 3 or AOW? The colt 6921 is a full size M4 but it has a 14.5 inch barrel. I think that would be my best bet, if I can legally carry it?

the PA Definition of "Firearm" thats considered LTCF qualified is:
pistol or revolver with a 15" or less barrel
shotgun with a barrel of less than 18"
rifle with a barrel of less than 16"

a Serbu Shorty is an AOW due to being a smoothbore pistol, so that CAN be carried under the LTCF also.

that being said, its probably not teh WISEST move to do so, however, its LEGAL to do so.

tho i have carried my SSS now and then, I have had no interaction with LEO while doing so, and in my Lawyers opinion, its probably not wise unless absolutely necessary.

You cannot Carry a 14.5" barreled AR-15 legally (This is assuming it has a Pinned Flash hider making the total barrel length 16").
You can carry a Serbu Super shorty AOW, short Barrel shotguns, and short barreled rifle.
All of these options require a Class 3 Dealer and a Tax Stamp. The serbu is a $5 stamp the rest are $200.
If you do not want to get involved in Class 3 Items then your best bet is without a doubt the Sig 556 Pistol. They are reallly well made. You can buy one today and as long as you have a valid carry permit and the gun measures under 26" (which it does) you can carry it tonight.
The current wait for a class 3 item is about 4 months, but then you can have a stock.
PLEASE BE AWARE if you get something like the sig 556 pistol you CAN NOT put a vertical foregrip, or a stock on. If you do......welll.....Bubba will be a very good friend

You cannot Carry a 14.5" barreled AR-15 legally (This is assuming it has a Pinned Flash hider making the total barrel length 16").

You can carry rifles and shotguns loaded and even conceal them. You just can't carry a rifle or shotgun loaded in a car. Unless the barrel or overall length is is short, then you are covered with LTCF just like a pistol. Which, by happy conincidence, means NFA weapons (except anything with a non-NFA length barrel or normal overall length).

You been answered twice and still ask the same question. To be loaded in a car you need a LTCF and barrel or overall length below a certain measure.

To have it loaded in a car you need the NFA model and a LTCF.

So vehicle carry is where it is not lawful to have a regular rifle or shot gun? What exactly does a LTCF cover for vehicle carry?
