Identifying a Colt Match Target Hbar

I'm considering a match target hbar a friend of mine has for sale. Beyond saying Colt Match Target H-Bar on the side it has a Ser number of CCH020706

Can someone tell me the specifics of this unit?
How does the ser num break down to something meaningful?
For instance is there a model number within this number?

And lastly, what would a very lightly used one sell for, given that it has only had a hand full of clips through it and it; comes with a case of Winchester .223 ammo; a hard case; standard adjustable sights front and rear; carry handle; and has two or three minor scratches on the receiver?

Model #s for the Match target HBar - MT6601, MT 6601C.
I have only a Gun Digest from 2007. The gun listed for $1300 new at that time. Prices are higher now. If it's virtually new.......
Great rifle. I have one for about ten years now.
