I've been OC'ing there for years without any issues. Radnor PD are well trained and professional. Good restaurants in downtown wayne (100 block of N Wayne ave. I've OC'd in the Boathouse, Christophers, Theresa's and the Great American Pub before.
Other local spots that I've OC'd are Meredith's, The Paddock, Casey's Dugout, Glenmorgan, Bertucci's, Lotus Inn, Mesa Mexican Grill, Landis' (if you want the best corned beef - get Mr. Jim's special),

PM me if you want more details.

I work in Wayne. lprgcFrank is right, Radnor PD is ok. I'd be a little leary of Tredyffrin Twp. police though. I talked with one LEO from there that is cool with OC, but some of his co-workers said they will still haul someone in for OCing, even after receiving their MPOETC training for this year.

Most of Wayne is in Radnor, so I wouldn't worry about anything.

There's tons of good places to eat in that area, just head in to Villinova. There's this great Chinese place that I can't remember the name of right now, and a great cheesesteak place (atleast it used to be, they had awesome bread) called Deans.

There's plenty more down there, 'Nova/Radnor/Wayne has some great restaurants.
