Why have I had .. thoughts, dreams and visions that this whole BUDGET "ILLUSION" is to draw attention from something more serious of a threat to Fat Ed ??

IMHO and don't take this to the bank.

He's going to be implicated in a situation dealing with a prostitute and will be forced to step down and or resign..............

Your tinfoil hat is picking up stray signals again. They do that from time to time. Give it a good whack with a hammer, while wearing it so you don't mash it down. That always works for mine.

I don't think there are any illusions - it seems pretty clear he is a fucking idiot if you ask me. The budget issue is no illusion, just another example of the fact that he doesn't give a rats ass about anyone in the Commondebt of Pennsylvania unless it is going to personally benefit him and his agenda.
