Default Is a photocopy of my LTCF Valid?

I often have the habit of losing things. My keys, my cell phone, my wallet, my stuff inside my wallet. Is a photocopy of my LTCF a valid document to present to a LEO? All my info is on record, correct? The LEO's can check records, no?

Somebody give me the low down.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    In short, yes.

I have related question. If your LTCF is revoked, are you required to turn your card in? If so, you could in essence carry a copy of the original (for up to 5 years) if the original was turned in.

From the PA Uniform Firearms Act

    (i) Revocation.--A license to carry firearms may be revoked by the issuing authority for good cause. A license to carry firearms shall be revoked by the issuing authority for any reason stated in subsection (e)(1) which occurs during the term of the permit. Notice of revocation shall be in writing and shall state the specific reason for revocation.

Notice shall be sent by certified mail to the individual whose license is revoked, and, at that time, notice shall also be provided to the Pennsylvania State Police by electronic means, including e-mail or facsimile transmission, that the license is no longer valid. An individual whose license is revoked shall surrender the license to the issuing authority within five days of receipt of the notice.

An individual whose license is revoked may appeal to the court of common pleas for the judicial district in which the individual resides. An individual who violates this section commits a summary offense.
So while you could carry a copy, it would come up as invalid when a LEO would call it in...and then it's cuff and stuff time!

And probably lots of extra charges other then just carrying without a license.
