    Default Gun Cleaning Foam

    Not sure if this is the right place to put this but i saw this cleaning foam in Cabela's its by gunslick it looks really good but just curious if anyone used it?

    I've been using it for about a year now. It seems to work as advertised, and my wife doesn't get upset about the smell of Hoppe's in the house.

    WS CLP does a fine job at cleaning guns, if you ask me. =)

    and it smells great.

    sounds good i just think it would be a lot easier than just about any other solvent i like the foam idea

    Years ago G96 used to have a gun foam product that I used and liked. But as for me I'd use Hoppe's #9 as aftershave if I didn't know it was TCE.

    I used a foam cleaner on my condenser coil outside my house, a foam to clean my golf clubs, a foam to clean my carpet and a foam to clean my bathtub. I might as well use one to clean my guns.

    Don't use any foaming cleaners on S&W Airweights with the stainless finish. Most of them take the overcoat finish off!
