Trying to buy local....but

You know...you try and buy stuff locally but it's frustrating when you can't find it and then have to go online to get it.

I'm trying to find the one of the latest Canon Digital cameras (Powershot SX200), have checked in person and on the phone at about 12 different stores within a 40 mile radius.

It's been available for about 3 months, I believe...but apparently not in stores yet.

Finally had enough and just ordered from Amazon.

I will put my word as a man behind newegg being one of the best online retailers for electronics. They ship VERY VERY fast. I've used standard shipping and got things I've ordered the next day.

Unfortunately they don't have that camera available either.
