    great article! i'm impressed too, that the press actually has it's facts correct, talking about open carry without a license, and concealed requiring the permit.

    I would like someone to explain to me why it was so important to the states case that a man asked fellow US Citizens to join him in a legal lawful activity? Can some please explain it to me....

    Are you serious? The government doesn't want people rallying together with guns. That's what happens right before their asses get taken out of power.

    It's surprising the ADA was pulling info from two "internet blogs".
    I guess it is the best advice to "shut up and get a lawyer" when trying to explain situations here on the internet...
