Non-res Licences
I have seen on at least a couple state's (FL & VA for sure, and others i cant recall now) training requirements for a non-res license:
"Completion of any hunter education or hunter safety course approved by the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission or a similar agency of another state;"
Does the PA Hunter-Trapper course cover that requirement? I was finally able to find a class that wasnt full and close to me.
I know this is probably minimal training...but i gotta start somewhere...

FL does accept the PA hunter safety course as training.
