    Default Anyone know where to get large amounts of ammo in york?

    I am looking to buy large amounts of ammo in bulk but am having a hard time finding any place that sells them. I tried searching on this site but only found bricks of 22LR ammo and I am looking for 40 s&w and .38 special. I am tired of buying 250 round here and there and shooting them all at the range in a few weeks time. I figure it would be cheaper to buy larger amounts than to keep buying small boxes for higher prices. I remember hearing someone at the local range before telling me that they sold bricks of ammo at bass pro shop in Harrisburg. Not sure how much ammo is in a brick though. Can anyone tell me of any place close to york that will sell larger amounts of 40 s&w and .38 special. It really doesn't matter what type of ammo it is as I have a decent amount of carry rounds that I don't really ever shoot at the range. Thanks.

    Have you tried calling stubby gear and finding out what he can getand what the price is. Its just off rout 30w if you dont know. Stubbygear .com is his web address give him a call.

    Wait a few weeks, the ammo shortage is basicly over.

    I just went to walmart the other day and they had 12,000 rounds of 9mm sitting on the floor and no one was interested. There was however a huge line for 12g shells that were on sale. I believe other calibers will be coming along shortly.
