    Default Mint.com: Anyone use it?

I was looking into ways of tracking my personal finances and came across Mint.com. It's gotten great reviews from a lot of different sources.

I was on the verge of buying Quicken, but now I'm not quite sure. Does anyone here use it? How did you like it?

I've heard very good things about it, but to me its simply another piece of the 'someone' "putting together your life from stuff on the internet" puzzle.

Personally, I'd spend the money on quicken for the sole reason of controlling where that information is being stored and who can access it.

There are posts I made floating around from 1994 out on the web, if you know what to look for.

i use it and it's AWESOME! once you make a budget you get notifications sent to you when your close to going over. the only pain in the ass is linking your banks to it but once thats done you get up to the minute balances on all your finances. (- checks you sent out obvi)

there is also an iphone app to support it if you have one of those sweet ass phones. i highly recommend it.

I use Mint. I've been pretty happy with it but I have such an erratic budget with student loans, school expenses and such that I don't find the software as useful as some people.
