Law makers should write jokes

Did you ever see the cartoon where a guy is blindfolded, aginst a wall, and about to get the firing squad and is offered a last cigarette but refuses cause he is trying to quit, he must be a relative of the person who doesn't commit a school massacre because of the gun free school zone.
A lot of politicians should apply to Mad Magazine for jobs as writers, but then

Mad Magazine doesn't offer a pension after 2 years like congress.

they do, 99.9% of all the laws they write and pass are jokes.

thier compliance with the law as it applies to THEM is a joke.

thier morals and ethics are a joke...

lawmakers...a total laugh riot.

further, exactly when did we stop calling them "elected representatives" and just switched over to "lawmakers"...thats annoying, and I've noted it more and more in the press.

Kind of how "Peace Officers" became "Law Enforcement Officers", as opposed to simply keeping the peace they now enforce the ridiculous laws the "lawmakers" make.
