Hot Wings...
I'm making some hot wings for the wife and I to eat for the holiday. I am unsing the Franks & butter (Bottle of Franks Red Hot + 1 stick of butter) recipe but I am adding a teaspoon of minced garlic and a bunch of fresh ground black pepper. Doing the wings in the turkey fryer.
How do you make wings?
What are your favorite wing recipes?

Carrie orders them from Foxes.
I think they're disgusting.

Re: Hot Wings...
I would have to say just the ones from Foxes because I haven't had any other wings.

Re: Hot Wings...
I don't ear wings for the same reason I don't eat crab legs. Too much work!
And I don't like hot foods.

I like the wings from K.F.C. and Bojangles! I also like Paul McCartney and the Wings, lol!
I actually have a secret (Hawaiian) recipe for wings, but I can't share it with you because it's a secret!

Re: Hot Wings...
We have more places than you count up here that have wings. One thing Erie has.
At home I have a mini deep fryer that I drop in and then sauce them when they are done. I have Quaker Steak, Arizona Ranch sauce which is pretty good.
I normally don't eat hot ones. I have on accident as one local place has around 150 flavors and some I still haven't tried.

Re: Hot Wings...
The best flavor of hot wings ever invented is "sweet'n'hot." little bit spicy, little bit sweet. very tasty. In high school we used to hit up wing night at local places every monday night. 25 cent wings was awesome. If you are doing them at home franks red hot plus some brown sugar is a tastey sauce.
