Hell that's nothing. You shoulda seen the big sumbitch I caught in AZ. I can't remember what it was called but it was about 4 inches long, black, spikey with massive pinchers hanging off the front of its face.

It was pushing a metal coffee can with a motorcycle front brake master cylinder in it across my front porch.

I still have it's dead body in a jar in storage. I'll have to find a pic of what it looked like.

Ah yes, the infamous Dobson fly, the grown up hellgramite. We catch them at the river at night when we're cat fishing and use them as bait. Mtntroll666 and I caught a few nice catties on the river when fishing with friends last summer.

I am not normally bothered by bugs. Roaches skeeve me out, but they don't give me the creeps. Bees/wasps/hornets do scare the shit out of me, but that son of a bitch creeped my right out. Would you be justified in shooting that fucking monster (creature from the abyss in the OP)?
