Watching this slow motion train wreck of an Administration is sort of like being an Eagles Fan . You really hope for the best , but instinctively know its going to be an unmitigated disaster , and yet you cant NOT watch or hope theres some "Miracle at the Meadowlands " last minute gimmick that stops the whole thing from falling off a cliff .

With two 14 year olds , an almost 5 year old and another on the way , Im really getting to the point that I'd rather just expedite the coming implosion , deal with the zombies , wasteland and riots and come out on the other side sooner rather then later . Either way the result is inevitable . But like pulling a band aid off , I'd rather endure the more harsh , sharp but temporary pain of yanking it off quickly , then drawing it out for ever . At least that way maybe my kids will have a chance

Exempting union members won't seriously fly, but it was good rhetoric during the campaign ("promise them anything..."). But - the critical piece of any health care plan is cost - how are we gonna pay for whatever passes? Its more good politics, and social engineering... but "we the people" are gonna foot the bill for whatever our elected reps serve up to us.
