oc in delaware
tomorrow i leave for Delaware for the annual gravely mow in. i applied for my Utah permit so that cc would be an option but i have not received it yet. unless it is in my mailbox now i am not going to have it. anyway i wanted to know about the law on carrying in a car and on foot openly without a permit. and anything i need to keep in mind while doing so.

I believe as long as it's in plain sight in the car you are legal... i.e. on the dash or on the passenger seat (not on your person).
And obviously OC on foot. You should be good to go.

Bingo, according to the DelOC guys.
Here's a link to my thread with the same question, on their forum.

Re: oc in delaware
Seat or dash you're ok EXCEPT Dover!
State parks are a NO-NO.

Re: oc in delaware
Route 1 goes around the eastern edge of Dover, literally right next to the race track. I'm not sure if that's considered within city limits or not. It's a tiny little city, though, about 1/3 the size of Allentown (about the same size as York)
