Default FTF sale to someone from another state?

Any legal issues with doing an FTF handgun sale (at an FFL of course) with someone from WV? Someone from WV on a forum is interested in my Glock 21SF that I'm selling, and will be in PA later this week.

Doesn't the sale have to be done at an FFL in the buyer's home state?

    Found it:

    Sales Between Individuals

An individual who does not possess a federal firearms license may not sell a firearm to a resident of another state without first transferring the firearm to a dealer in the purchaser`s state. Firearms received by bequest or intestate succession are exempt from those sections of the law which forbid the transfer, sale, delivery or transportation of firearms into a state other than the transferor`s state of residence.

Handguns must be at a FFL in the receiving party's state.

Long guns can be at a FFL in either party's state.

Thanks fellas. So if he wants the gun he can just give me cash and I can mail it to his FFL of choice in WV I'm assuming.

If you personally ship it to his WV FFL you will have to use Fedex or UPS. Only an FFL can use the US post office, if they so desire.

Right, that much I actually knew.

I would have my FFL mail it.
