New toy
Just picked this one up recently Desert Eagle .44 magnum semi-auto less than 20rds down the pipe. I figure if I run outta rounds I can always beat the attacker with it lol.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

That thing is a beast, I've always wanted to shoot one of those just to say I did.

My friend has one, shorter barrel, in 50AE. It's not so much a pistol as a small field artillery piece. The feel of slingshotting that massive slide is completely different than any other pistol. And forget grouping; offhand, rapid fire, keeping all the shots on paper is an accomplishment. 'Course as FO said, if you don't hit anything you've still got a massive club in your hand. Fun to shoot, but I don't know if I'd own one.
John: How come I'm not afraid?
D'Argo: Fear accompanies the possibility of death. Calm shepherds its certainty.
John: I love hanging with you, man.

Trading with pistols is a pain b/c you must complete PICS check on both ends. At least you bought the 44...which is cheaper to shoot than the 50AE. I am a small guy, so I wouldn't buy a large autoloader.

WOW... you could shoot the clouds out of the sky with that thing!

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!”
~Samuel Adams
"I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it."
~Thomas Jefferson, 1791
