Default Almost had to draw last night.

Ok, let me do it like this.

If your in a vehicle, you honk the horn at someone driving erratically and almost causing you to hit them, they stop and block the road, get out of the vehicle, and you have no room to turn around, and they have their arm behind their back should you draw?

You for sure feel your lifes in danger if he gets his gun out.

    But,

Since it's behind the aggressor you can not be 100% sure he has a gun.

Better safe than sorry? if the person comes within range of you even without a gun you are also fairly certain he's going to cause major damage if he hits you.

Draw your weapon just to be ready, put the car in reverse and drive away. React as practical.

I think in this case the weapon you are driving would of beena better choice if he presented a weapon. That, or just yell "stop!" and he if kept advancing, OC him.

Lets say reverse is out of the question, due to a bad curve where if you were going to reverse and a car was coming that direction then your probably dead.

LOL. Nah I'd say that's pretty much as open carry as it gets as it's not exactly in the truck.

Ok, guys got an official ruling I guess from a State Trooper, the same one I always question because he knows his stuff.

If this situation happens to you. If someone is insinuating (SP?) that they have a weapon. Then you can brandish yours. BUT! here is the major part. If you were to shoot the person without seeing the gun you can be in trouble, and if he did not have a weapon you are in seriously big trouble, because you would have to attempt to prove that he was actually acting in the manor described.
