Unloaded to oc?
Ok so i just got done with a conversation with my friend. He insisted that you must unload your weapon to OC. He also told me that it was on a website about PA Carry laws although he could not tell me what site. I informed him that i was 99% sure that he was mistaken and refered him to PAFOA.COM. Like i said , i was 99% sure , but for reasons that i could be wrong, and to prove to him that this is not true, I want the real facts from the PAFOA community.

Re: Unloaded to oc?
As has been said, it is not a requirement to unload your pistol to OC. That is the law in California, but not Pennsylvania.
Nowhere in the law does it state you must unload to OC. And if it's not outlawed, then it's legal.
