    Hey dont shoot the messenger...

What online stores are selling at that price?

Sportsman guide is 299 which doesnt include shipping and you have to be a club member.
Cheaper than dirt is 248 not including shipping and is on backorder.

I remember when I could get 1000 of 9mm and 1000 of 7.62x39 for under $400....hell, I can remember doing it for under $200, but those days are long gone. Under $400, we might see again- but I doubt it.

Throw in Palmetto, $270. Three good places to look.

You guys gotta call these places and find out when they are getting it in, and back order when possible. I never bought from Classic but $290 plus shipping should be better than $325 at ammoman. But at least you are getting close there if you need it now. Try Palmetto and AIM first, there you can probably save $30-$40 bucks with shipping.

    Ammoman is a good company...
Used them before with great results...

Thanks to this thread I found out about Palmetto and ordered a case of 7.62x39 last night...$269 and a flat rate fee of $18 (for one 1000 round case) in shipping put me at $287 for 1000 rounds...
It is good to have heads up on internet deals...
