Non Res Permit Change of Address Request?
How does a non resident request a change of address to their permit and get a new permit with the change of address showing?

There is no provision in the statutes about LTCF change of address. Seems that sheriffs have their own "rules" about this. So contact the sheriff who issued yours and find out how they suggest handling it.
