Meet and greet around SE PA + fund raiser. . .

I was wondering if I could set up a meet and greet in SE PA. I was also wondering if I could start up a fund raiser for the Non profit company I work for, that supports adults and children with mental/behavioral health issues.

Since I am a bit new here, I was wondering what I have to do, to do this, or if I can do this. . . .

I think that the Chambersburg area delegation should set up some sort of meal with a few bucks per person going to the PAFOA or whomever. We could set up a chili cookoff/picnic
