Pro-gun Sheriff candidate
My name is Charwin Reichelderfer and I am a candidate for Sheriff. I received an email from this web site advising to check foac-pac web site for candidates pro-gun position. I found that aparently my questionaire was lost and I was not rated. I am not going into a political speech about my background as most know who I am, except to say that I am definitely pro-gun. I belong to the NRA for over 25 years. A thank you to Mr.Pehrson from the pafoa urging me to leave this message. I will answer any questions if you wish to know me further.
Sincerely,
Reich

I'm not a resident but I do have some family up that way actually have considered heading up that way in a year after school. I am wondering what your views are on Open Carry. There are areas that the police go out of their way to hassle you when practicing Open Carry here in Allegheny. What would you do if you heard about such an incident?

Re: Pro-gun Sheriff candidate
You would probably be checked out here. Society has it engrained into their mind a person with gun=being shot. Society as it stands today, with the notable shootings being covered, demands it. I have no problem with open carry used with common sense. Seasoned CCW holders opt for concealed carry to be low profile as do a majority of police. Hunting season is big here and handguns are sometimes seen with little notice from the public. Most hunters usually try to cover though.
