Default don't order from optics planet!

I ordered a iwb holster a couple weeks ago and they sent me the wrong one. No big deal I called and was told to send it back for an exchange. I sent it back and no one was there to accept the delivery. So now it sits at the post office in Illinois. I called a dozen times and the people there will not call the post office for a redelivery which only the receiver can do( not the sender). All they have to do is call and it will be delivered. Not even a manager will help me out. I am so frustrated and have no options. What a piss poor customer service! I will never have anything good to say about this company the rest of my life. Any suggestions how I could resolve this without violence?!!

I ordered a holster from them that showed as "in stock" on the web page. I got an email saying it was out of stock but that it would be in stock within the next 14 days. Once that time elapses I email (no update from them) and am told that it's still out of stock but I've been moved to the top of the list. After about six weeks and several BS assurances I canceled the order. I've no intention of ordering from them again.

I just can't believe they would show such utter disregard for a customer!

Call the postmaster up and see what he/she cam do.

If you payed with a credit card . Call the credit card and put in despout and get a other one from some one elce .
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms ... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. ... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." They prob. already got their payment by now. But that would be a great idea if they didn't, I'll have to check.

you can still dispute the charge. these companies have an ongoing account with the card issuers and it can be debited at any time. get a replacement from somebody else!

Well they actually charged him for the first one, so they probably won't credit it back to him until they get it back. If they're not going to call the post office to get it back then he may not get it credited back unless they dispute it. It would appear to me that when he told them he needed the other one, they now sent him an email that it's discontinued, but I'm sure that he still got charged earlier and not sure he got refunded. This could be a pretty crappy deal.

2 different users are posting negative experiences... the OP still hasn't gotten anything from them
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.
