    Default web site desiner needed

    i am looking for someone to design a web site for ower community watch program is their anyone hear that would do this for us and not charge us a arm and a leg.

    You can get some WYSIWYG programs (what you see is what you get) like frontpage. There are some free versions but I'm not sure of any off hand.
    What is the site going to be used for? If communications, like a forum, PM me.

    Also, let me know if you need hosting
