Found a New Ruger LCP

I have had my name on a waiting list for 2 months for an LCP. I have been calling Gander Mountain (Chambersburg) for the last 4 or 5 weeks. Always the same answer, none in stock. Well, I lucked out Sunday morning. They had 3 in stock. List price. The kicker was the saleman asked if I wanted any ammo, I said I would buy some but your out of stock. Cleaned it up and hope to fire it Monday or Tuesday.

Nice, I really like mine...still need to send it back for the recall but I don't carry one in the chamber anyhow. How do you plan on carrying it?

Got my LCP about a month ago. I really like it, but haven't put too many rounds through it since I cannot find .380 ammo.
For me, this one is going to be a back up to my primary carry gun...at least until I can get enough rounds through it to satisfy me as to it's reliability. The first two magazines went through quite well. I was using Hornady Critical Defense.

As a BUG, this will be a really nice piece with it's light weight and completely smooth slide/frame. This will be a really nice vest pocket piece for any up front, close and personal situations.
