5.56 Ammo

Is it true that 5.56 ammunition can go through walls? can it go through concrete? what is a good website which talks about these things?Can some one please let me know more about the terminal ballistics of a 5.56/.223 bullet? just write in everything you know about what this bullet will go through. it is kind of scary that my rifle can shoot through 2 walls.

a 9mm FMJ can go thru walls deeper then a 5.56mm cuz they fragment after they hit a few sheetrocks , even if its fmj and no it cant go thru concrete but it can break it up with follow up shots. depends on how deep your walls are...i shot up a concrete block and yes the 5.56 destroyed it after a couple shots.

It also depends on what type of 5.56 ammo your shooting.
