If that state had Castle Doctrine, could he have just double-tapped that trespassing public servant/s?

Lethal force isn't authorized unless it's reasonable. Start with the high pressure water hose, then pepper spray, then draw your weapon.

I would have blasted her in the face with a hose until she left.

I'd have told the cop I was going inside to get my FN-FAL and report two trespassers and when I came out, I'd deal with them. Hell, the guy even had a big hole dug :-)
