    Default Printing out Form 1's

Okay, I ordered some Form 1's from the ATF website, but that was over two weeks ago, and I have not received anything yet (and I am not holding my breath). I know I should have made copies of my last Form 1, but I was so anxious to get it out, I forgot to do it.

I know that you are allowed to photocopy or print out a computer generated Form 1, and I had another member send me the PDF for a Form 1, but I realized that at the bottom of the Form it says "Revised July 2004".

Now the last one I did in January says "Revised September 2007", and all the same questions are on there, but the format is just a little different.
The only question that is not on it, is Box-j "Is this firearm being reactivated".
Also the "Yes" & "No" questions are on the front as opposed to the back, and the Applicant and Authorized ATF official signature boxes are on the back as opposed to the front...

My question is, can I use this Form without having a problem?
If not, is there the most recent revised Form 1 that I can print out?

    I appreciate any help,
    Ronnie

    AWESOME!!!

I've been waiting forever for the new Form 1. ATF doesn't seem to be in a real hurry to put the PDF e-form on their website or send you the forms when you order them through their web site.

Now all I need to do (well, not exactly need per se) is get my NFA Trust setup.

I have heard rumor that the older form is still being accepted. But considering the processing time, who wants to take the chance?

ETA: It looks like this form can be filled out too! Joy! I was afraid it would be just a scanned in job.

Yes, it can be filled out.
I did mine, and it came out great. Very clean and professional looking.
