Re: What laser is in these pictures?
Yep.
AN/PEQ-15
It is a Laser Aiming Module that has an IR laser, an IR flood and a red visible laser.
It's a no-go for civilian use since the Surgeon General says that IR lasers can't be sold to the general public.
[IMO that's a violation of the 2A, but no one seems interested in that argument]

Re: What laser is in these pictures?
What are the differences you see?
In the first and last pic I see the cover for the lasers. In the top pic, the cover is in place, in the bottom pic, the cover is moved off to the side.
You may also note that the windage adjustments are of similar type and location, although on the top pic you can only see the windage for the lasers, while on the bottom pic there is windage for the IR flood.
Frequently there will be minor variations, but it is still the same model. The actual windage and elevation adjustments are slightly different in the first and last pic, and in the pic from the Insight Tech website the adjustment knobs are still different again.
Maybe I am missing something but I'm pretty sure you are looking at the PEQ-15
