Sneak Attack Proposals
Here is a copy of the NFA:
http://www.keepandbeararms.com/laws/nfa34.htm
It appears to contain the GCA 1968 amendments.
An attempt to repeal this law can be done either in whole or in part. To get rid of it in whole, get your local congressman and senator to sneak the following line into a piece of "must pass" legislation like a spending bill, "Title 26, Chapter 53 is repealed."
Failing that, the slightly longer, "Title 26, Chapter 53 Sections 5821 & 5822 are repealed."
If this got in and got signed, would it do the job?
