Does AZ honor PA LTCF or not?
Here on pafoa.org and on Handgunlaw.us, the PA reciprocity map indicates that AZ honors the PA LTCF. However, on Packing.org and AttorneyGeneral.gov (for PA), the PA reciprocity maps indicate that AZ does NOT honor the PA LTCF. Have the latter sites not updated their maps or is pafoa.org and Handgunlaw.us incorrect?
When I click on the link for carry info on this site I see that AZ lists PA as "pending". Does this mean while it is pending it is honored? If not, why not change the map after it's finalized? Any help with my confusion is greatly appreciated. I travel to AZ a few times a year and I'd like to know my options.
thanks,
scott

Re: Does AZ honor PA LTCF or not?
AZ does honor PA's LTCF, its coded into AZ's law to honor ALL permits/licenses.
Right now, PA is still mainly focused on listing the states that have Reciprocal Agreements. Our AG(or the webmaster) is slightly unknowledgeable of the other state's status', give VT for example - no license is needed to carry there, so in effect they honor ours. I wrote our AG the day after AZ's provision was in effect to let them know - but they insisted on waiting to list AZ until the agreement that was in the works was sealed.
Remember, when in other states - its not what our AG says is allowed, it is what the other state says is allowed. If AZ says your LTCF is honored, it is despite what our AG says.

Handgunlaw.us is correct. AZ honors all other states permits. http://www.azdps.gov/ccw/reciprocity/default.asp

AZ will honor a PA LTCF, but PA does not have a reciprocal agreement yet. It is supposedly in the works at the AG's office.

+1 they do honor it and I carried there all last week.
PDO should be up to date. It was when I last looked. Go to the AZ page and use that map, don't go to Pa page and use the map.Adams County Sport Handgunners Association - President

Re: Does AZ honor PA LTCF or not?
Az definitely honors pa ltcf
Pa does not honor Az
Just because reciprocity does not exist does not necessarily mean that a state does not honor Pa ltcf. Although I think the Pa attorney Gen. should be pushed for reciprocity with sates that are currently honoring Pa regardless. There are a number of them.FUCK BIDEN

I don't think it matters anymore since AZ went Constitutional Carry. Just my 02.
