Anyone know where you can buy (if it is legal?) novelty ammo such as Dragons Breath, Flash Bang, etc.. rounds?

There are a few mail order sources around such as cheaper than dirt.

There is usually a vendor at the Orange County Fairgrounds Gun Shows in Middletown NY that has them. Not sure how far that is for you.

Ammunition to go usually has a variety, but like everyone else their stocks generally are low right now. Specialty stuff is probably still there.
