    Default What type of area

I've just been wondering over the past couple of days what type of area everyone is from. You know the idea, born in the city but living in the burbs. I think that this might be very interesting. I'll make a start of I was born in Wilkes-Barre but now live in the far suburbs.

They only gave me a max of 10 options so I had to cut it somewhere. I think that if it were me I'd do the burbs, burbs choice. That is whats on you DL.

Born in a cow pasture... no, wait... born in a hospital, raised in a cow pasture. Hmmm... that's not right either - oh yes, I lived next to a cow pasture. Yeah, that's it!
Yes, my neighbors were cows. Now my neighbors are criminals.

Spent my childhood in the country not far from Johnstown, moved to Pittsburgh for school, moved back home - no work - Moved back to Pittsburgh, got married and moved to the suburbs of Pittsburgh.

Obviously it's not "suburby" enough since the "city" has been steadily creeping in. I'm growing weary of the "trash" that is plaguing my neighborhood. Homes are not maintained, $200 cars with $8000 wheels parked in weed-filled lawns, rising crime, vandalism, "children" who'd rather say "F-you" than hello... (I shouldn't even have to say this, but the trash comes in all colors... diversified scum if you will)
Don't get me wrong, we have about 7 families nearby that are wonderful people, but the world would be better off if the rest of the neighborhood didn't make it to the shelter in the event of a nuclear strike.

My wife wants to move to "where we can go to the city, but the city can't come to us." I'd be happy if my neighbor were a tree.
It would be nice to be able to purchase a firearm that isn't for defensive purposes.

I'd give my left nut to be living next to those smelly cows again.
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Born at an Air Force Base, now living in the city, but spent my share of time in suburbia AND country (along with the odd college town along the way.)
